1. Information We Collect

• Profile Information: We store the display name you provide. We store your system default currency and the currency option you choose. If you choose to link your email or sign up with an email address and password, we store that data.
• Social Graph: We store the aliases (or "placeholder persons") you create, your friends list and block list.
• Transaction Ledgers: We store checks and transfers you create.
• Receipt Images: If you use the scanner, your image is sent to an AI service such as Google Gemini. If you upload a photo of your receipt, we store the image file. We track receipt scan usage by account ID and by IP address.
• Diagnostics, Performance and Analytics: We collect diagnostics, including crash reports, stack traces, and error logs; performance data, such as processing times; and analytics about how people use the app. We use this information to find and fix problems, improve reliability and performance, and ensure the app fulfills its intended purpose.

When we add new features, we store the data needed to provide those features.

2. Data Storage

Your data is hosted on servers operated by third parties like Google. If you use the scanner, your image is sent to an AI service such as Google Gemini. We may change hosting or AI providers.

3. Data Deletion

When you delete your account, your data is anonymized. Tombstone records remain to facilitate sync and to ensure the integrity of the data.
